Admission Procedure
Parents who wish to apply for admission should obtain the brochure and application form from the school office.
The duly-filled forms, along with the following documents, are to be submitted to the school office:
- Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
- Aadhar Card Student & Parents (Photocopy)
- Progress Card Previous Year (Photocopy)
- Transfer Certificate (Original – Mandatory from class 2 onwards)
- Passport Size Photo (Student 2 & Parents 1)
- All the documents are mandatory. Incompletion of documents will not be accepted.
- Without Aadhar Card admission will not be taken.
- Following details should be mandatory on Transfer Certificate:
- Student’s Full Name (with proper spelling)
- Religion, Caste & Category
- Students Id & School UDISE No.
- Admissions will be confirmed ONLY when necessary documents and the admission fees, have been submitted to the school office.
Children have to meet the stipulated age requirement for admission to St. Joseph School as on December 31st of that year. The required age limit for each grade is mentioned in the table.

On receipt of acceptance of admission, parents have to pay the fees within the given date. The following documents should also be submitted:
- A certified copy of the Caste Certificate (if the student belongs to SC / ST / BC)
- Three passport size photographs and two stamp size photographs of the student. Parents one each photograph.
- Transfer Certificate / Record sheet from the school last attended.
